Our Story
The Children’s House at Momma Blue’s Village is a part-time learning hub that uses the education methods of Dr. Maria Montessori. We believe that by providing children with a self-directed, hands-on learning space they will develop skills and interests essential to the real world.
We are a community with culturally affirming academic enrichment that is meant to further empower, activate, and engage the absorbent minds of the children at Momma Blue’s Village.
We wholeheartedly support diversity. Momma Blue’s Village is an anti-racism and anti-bias education program that welcomes all families. Our learning community is based on the true history of marginalized and oppressed cultures, with a focus on culturally affirming academic enrichment.
Here, everyone’s uniqueness is respected and all views are heard. As we grow our learning community together, we encourage families to learn, lead, and discover as a result of our diversity.
